Dr. Joana Idakwo Ed.D.,  is an independent educational specialist committed to helping all students succeed, regardless of ability. As a diverse leader, she champions inclusive and adaptable practices that honor representation, equity, and access across educational settings.

Joana collaborates with educators, agencies, and community partners to cultivate inclusive learning cultures. She also trains and supports educators in implementing evidence-based interventions and assessments that close achievement gaps, improve attendance, and prepare students for viable post-secondary pathways.
