Jeremie Johnson is a military veteran, operations leader, and innovator with nearly three decades of leadership experience and more than 20 years of senior organizational and leadership expertise. His career bridges the worlds of public service and private-sector transformation. In the private sector, he contributed to pioneering working groups in telecommunications that introduced consumer-facing innovations such as ring-back tones and caller ID on call waiting—advancements that reshaped how millions of people experienced everyday communication.

In the public sector, Jeremie has earned distinction for leading initiatives to modernize performance management frameworks for senior leadership, strengthening accountability, operational rigor, and organizational effectiveness across complex institutions. In his current role, he collaborates with and advises senior leaders while directing a branch within one of the highest-volume divisions of the court system, ensuring that critical operations function efficiently, equitably, and in alignment with public trust.

Beyond his professional work, Jeremie is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., where he has held multiple leadership roles and was honored as Omega Man of the Year in recognition of exceptional community service and organizing efforts conducted in partnership with a United States Senator. His fraternity service reflects a deep commitment to civic engagement, mentorship, and collective advancement.

Jeremie’s leadership experience also extends globally. As a delegation leader with the People-to-People Student Ambassador Program, he guided student groups across Australia and several European nations—including the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Holland, and Germany. In these roles, he worked with participants from diverse educational and socioeconomic backgrounds, fostering cross-cultural understanding, leadership development, and inclusive dialogue—reinforcing his belief in the unifying power of shared learning.

Academically, Jeremie earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and pursued graduate studies in business and finance, completing substantial coursework toward both an MBA and a Master of Science in Finance. These studies complement his professional experience, reinforcing a disciplined approach to strategy, governance, and fiscal stewardship.
